Shipping & Delivery

We deliver nationwide within South Africa.
Standard delivery fee: R70. Free on orders over R299.
Orders processed within 1–2 business days, delivered within 2–5 business days depending on location.
Tracking details sent once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once packaging has been opened. We will assist in the following cases:

Item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds or replacements processed once the issue is verified.

Exchanges

Unopened, unused products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
